Our goal was to handle customers inquiries, related to phone, internet and tv services as well as troubleshooting if customers have any issues with their equipments, we also receive calls related to customers bills, maybe some customers wanna ask about their bills details or try to under stand something missing, in this case I should explain the invoice for the customer and make sure that everything in clear, we may receive calls from customers seeking for some promotions or offers to reduce their bills in this case the company give us options to looking on the system about if there is any available promotions for the customers because my main role was to make the customer satisfied
Our goal was to handle customers inquiries and issues related to the internet services if the customer want to ask about internet packages and prices in this case we have all information we need on the system so we can explain all packages with details to the customers and make sure they understand about the company offers and which package is suitable for the customer, in some cases maybe our customers have some issues with internet service so we follow some troubleshoots to figure out if this issue on the hardware or software in the first case we can fix this issue by sending technician otherwise the issue will be on the software in this case we can fix it from the system, and in the end I make sure that the customer satisfied because my main role was to make the customer satisfied
Our goal was to handle customers inquiries, related to the restaurant menus and prices even booking some tables or help the customers to chose the best place for making a beautiful party in one of our restaurants also chose the food they wanna serving to their guests, because my main role was to make the customer satisfied
