1. As, E&I Head of Section:
§ Enforcing and promoting the sound E&I and safety practices.
§ Oversee the training and development of E&I team members.
§ Monitor and evaluate the performance of the E&I members.
§ Planning and oversee the proper execution of maintenance of E&I equipments and systems. (E.g. PLC systems, MCC, Motors, Generators etc...)
§ Planning supply of spare parts and liaising with vendors in the timely supply.
§ Oversee the problem solving and propose solutions to the operational and equipments problems. Then undertake the detailed engineering and acquisition of new solutions.
2. As, Project Site Manager(Construction of 68TPD ASU):
§ Oversee the coordination among the civil, electromechanical and firefighting contractors and other contractors of minor supporting jobs.
§ Liaising with local and foreign suppliers in outsourcing various project needs.
§ Liaising with local services providers (for renting cranes, heavy machineries, etc…)
§ Liaising with local authorities for acquiring services and the required approvals and permits (power supply, water, etc...)
§ Liaising internal with other departments to fulfill company’s obligations and scope.
§ Audit the works against contractual scope and specifications.
§ Oversee the process of inspection, verification and SAT for equipment (compressors, pumps, tanks, DCS system, instrumentation, substation, etc...)
§ Supervise the commissioning process of the plant.
§ Prepare the bi-weekly progress evaluation and report.

§ Planning and oversee the execution of PM & CM for electrical, mechanical and process equipments in the 300TPD oil extraction plant, 2TPH soap plant, 60TPD oil refining plant, 24TPH steam plant and 2x2MVA back-up generators.
§ Analyzing and resolving electrical, control and mechanical operational problems.
§ Oversee and planning the development and training of E&I and mechanical maintenance personnel.
§ Monitoring and evaluating department’s team members.
§ Supervising installation of new equipment and systems.
§ Participate in operational and production planning.
§ Internally liaising with procurement department in outsourcing solutions, services and materials.
§ Writing proposals, specifications, and contracts for supplying solutions to major operational and production problems related to E&I and mechanical systems.
2. As, Project Manager’s Assistant For Electromechanical Part:
§ Participated in preparing the master plan for the 10million USD rehabilitation project for the construction of a 60TPD oil refinery, 30TPD oil bottling plant and 2TPD Glycerin Plant.
§ Participation in the procurement and evaluation of consultants.
§ Participating in the design reviews in all project design phases.
§ Liaising with consultant in preparing detailed project planning, specifications, biding documents and contract documents.
§ Participation in bids evaluation and awarding process.
§ Assisting the PM in coordination among various contractors and suppliers.
§ Oversee the inspection and QA for the execution of electromechanical works.
§ Assisting PM in preparing the progress evaluation and report.
§ Participation in acceptance testing and commissioning.

§ Sales, Promotion, and Marketing.
§ Providing Technical Support and Service for Local Clients.
§ Preparing technical and financial proposals for automation systems upgrades and modernization through close collaboration with principal’s technical support staffs in different production centers, in Germany & Switzerland, and with local clients’ staffs.
