Logistics Planner at Procter & Gamble (P&G)

- Handling Near East, Central Eastern Europe and Turkey market starting from
uploading the sales/purchase order on system, pushing on production dept. to
insure that the products are ready on time, booking with the shipping lines and
trackers in order to deliver the containers within the lead time to the customer till
dispatching the documents and recieving the customer’s feedback.
- Handling all the documentation regarding the regulation and legalization for each
country (F13, Bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and COA, COC).
- Handling inspection process for issuing COC when needed.
- Handle the communication between Planners, Brokers and Service Providers
(Shipping Lines & Truckers).
- Create the related KPI reports for the operation and report them.
- Handle the urgent situations, query resolutions and work together with the customer.
- Find out the saving opportunities in daily operations and report them (value creation
projects).
- Monitor the daily performance of the deliveries.
- Be responsible on generating savings within his scope.
- Lead the communication with the WH from trucking standpoint.
- Book the Planned Shipments with the Service Providers (Shipping Lines & Truckers).
- Prepare & Send Shipping Instructions to Service Providers (Shipping Lines & Truckers).
- Track & Trace all shipments from the time of loading up to vessel arrival to destination.

- Holding up Accounting set of books (Journal Entries, posting to american journal,
Sub ledgers, Preparing trial balance, Income statement and Balance sheet).
- Responsible of AP-vendors accounts and balances, negotiate with vendors,
Operational expenses, Purchase orders, jop orders, payroll list.
- Helping in AR-Customers accounts, revenues and Bank accounts.
- Helping in preparing the four core financial statements and taxes.
