• Responsible for receiving raw material and packages material to make analysis for it to passed or rejected, and review it in production lines and follow up manufacturing process
• Preparation of Specification for Packaging material, Raw Material and Finished Products.
• Ensure that the Raw materials & Packaging materials are in compliance with SASO, Regulatory requirements, International standards and meet customer specification.
• Ensure finished products and packaging material are analyzed as per specifications by providing right analytical tools and necessary accessories. Setting up the laboratory and ensuring that the analytical tools are calibrated.
• Providing Technical Support to Procurement & Business Development Department for new product launch
•Following hygiene system and fire fighting
• Responsible for conducting Supplier audits and monthly Trade Surveys.
• Ensure that the company products and facilities are in compliance with SASO, Regulatory requirements, International standards and meet customer specification.
• Liaises with Government, Customer and Certifying Auditors.
• Investigate and strategize against the Customer Quality Complaints by involving the related departments.
• Organizing and leading Internal Food Safety Audit & GMP Audits; Ensuring that Corrective Actions are understood & rectified by concern departments; Reviewing the results with senior management.
onducts regular shift meetings regarding safety, production, quality and other important information.
Conducts training, monitoring, and evaluating employee performance and implements recommendations to improve employee performance.
Analyzes production requirements to estimate labor hours and creates production schedules that meet both internal and external needs.
Computes amounts of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedule and material requirements from storage area.
Ensures quality of finished products by adhering to company policies, procedures and specifications, making any necessary corrections to the packaged product to produce a safe quality-final product.
Coordinates flow of materials into and out of the production areas for distribution in accordance with production schedule.
Cost Reduction Project:
• Achieve cost reduction by reducing of Net weight as per SASO Standard.
• Achieve cost reduction by filling spread Halawa Portions 25g instead of 30g compared with competitor’s company.
• Achieve cost reduction by filling Jam Portions 28g instead of 30g compared with competitor’s company.
• Achieve cost reduction by using Tins without lacquer for filling Halawa Tins.
• Health safety /Occupational safety/Environmental safety monitoring.
• Food safety training for staff
• Conduced hazard analysis based both on food safety as well as general safety to provide safe working environment.
• Responsible of monitoring the cost, quality, customer satisfaction, serve fast, working for profit and monitoring the local competitive and the work of operation of them and make the compare. Responsible of incomes shortage for not existing the operational material.
