- This factory is the sole snack pretzel manufacturer in Egypt and Africa .
- They currently export to countries throughout Asia and the Middle East, as well as to markets as far away as the US
and Australia .
- I'm responsible for dealing with all failures and problems of the production line and follow-up and resolution of
errors .
- I'm responsible for dealing with experts from the manufacturer company of the production line when we have
problem we can't find solutions for it .
- Get understand how to track problems and how to search for solutions .
- I'm responsible for operation of Trained end-users on electronic controllers (It was new Packing Machine).
- I was involved in many projects ( 'Milling Machine, Flavoring Machine and caramel popcorn machine )
- Played key role in designing control system of niverplast machine that resulted in making me to earn more
experience and learn well from my faults.
- Confirmed correct hook-up of sensor lines and complete information display.
- Maintained proper communications on field automation equipment.
- Interacted with control technicians and production control workers.
- Build some of classic control circuits for machines like ( Flavoring machine )
