directed by the Chief HR Officer and the Regional Director. Interpret MHC policies and regulations to new employees.  Conduct and/or advise on orientation/training programs.

 

Provide technical assistance and coordinate with all Hospital/Centers department heads in the preparation of job descriptions, staffing plans and training plans.

 

Participate in the Hospital/Centers Executive Committee meetings as required.

 

Initiate and conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys to measure the level of employees' satisfaction related to turnover, wages, benefits, and other personnel consideration.

 

Conduct exit interviews with all departing employees and submit periodic reports about the data extracted from those interviews to both the Regional Director and the Chief HR Officer.

 

Develop and maintain periodic reports regarding turnover and retention rates, sick leave utilization, overtime utilization and other HR indicators.

 

Ensure that all employees' benefits are issued on time and effectively interfere to solve any problem stemming in that domain.

 

Develop, maintain, implement and document all quality improvement policies and activities in all areas inside the HR Department.

 

Participate in all Hospital Activities for the preparation of the Joint Commission Accreditation triennial Survey, including fulfilling HR requirements.  

 

Participate in activities of field visits of AUC - Total Quality Management of Hospitals Course students.
