- Provide GLG client's(Business Owners) with complete Feasibility Studies, PMV Techno-Commercial Reports related to Mechanical issues, Heavy industries, construction machinery, Equipment's, power plants, Material handling, Cranes, heavy trucks, OEM Spare parts, Hydraulics, maintenance, etc…
- Prepare management reports for organization restructure, budget, market forecasting, projects phases details, etc.
- Sharing with GLG client's in put Business roadmap, planning, strategy, SWOT analysis, Tech. Evaluation, bids & tenders studies, KPI, R&D, BD, CRM, Sourcing products, suppliers relations, assist in new business structure phases establish, start-up, pre-commissioning, operations, , etc.…

- Reporting To Group Chief Executive Officer, responsible for P&L for Heavy equipment Department.
- Apply the Quality, Healthy & safety standards for the system operations of Sales, Maintenance & Parts Departments for Products Brands DOOSAN, SHANGLI Fork Lift, HAULOTTE Man Lift, SOOSAN Hydraulic Breakers.
- Manage & follow up on Daily basis the maintenance procedures for all break down equipment IN and OUT garage (field service) to ensure the technicians are applying and following up the quality repairing rules for periodic / preventive & major overhauling maintenance to reduce break down time, reduce the maintenance costs, operating costs and to avoid any re-do or repeated faults .
- Manage & follow up the Business operations (sales / purchasing / ware house), Machinery vendors / Equipment suppliers to improve the availability of consumer parts and demands.
- Manage & follow up with department managers, section Forman and supervisors the performance evaluation / productivity of all Maintenance manpower (mechanics, electrician, technician, helpers ), to ensure they have high skill level to finish their Job/Time Cards or need more improvement through regular training program or specific technical courses .
- Carry out market survey and market study for special instruments /machineries/devices such as diesel engine dynamometer for load test.
- Involved with other Executive managers of SKD sister company to give opinion / advise / consult about develop and improve the service / maintenance operations (Haidaryiah, Grand tiger, single point, universal Ready Mix.)
- Prepare in-details KPI report to senior directors for the manpower performance and periodic/monthly achievement, in-details report about the suppliers' activities, products line, facilities, etc…
- Ensure to apply company policy and company business plan strategy, also ensure to implement any other new duties or additional tasks would be requested by senior Directors.

Reporting to Managing Director, responsible for P& L of CATERPILLAR service sales including Aftermarket parts sales operation of OEM products Brands such as (IPD, DSG, CGR, ITR, DONALDSON Filters, etc…. ), warehouse management, techno-commercial vendors negotiation.
Involved with franchise products development, identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies, responsible to :-
Assist in Recruiting and training staff.

-Assist head quarter in preparing their budget.
-Communicate and enforce corporate policies and recommend specific policies for the region.
-Ensures proper implementation of the centers budget.

-Handle difficult customers’ complaints.

- Driving the CUMMINS Engines for re-powering different application sales in the Country region reporting to Re-powering Division Manager:
- Coverage of the allocated territory.
- Arranging for pre delivery inspection and attending the delivery of the equipment.
- Supervision during installation to ensure ideal power from engine performance.
- Testing and commissioning the units at sites.
- Training the new comers
- Develop customer data base with different sectors such as industrial, (Oil & Gas), (Operation & maintenance), construction, transportation, marine, machinery OEM, locomotive, Trucks, Buses, Military, aviation and defense.
•Reviewing the spare parts tender specifications and preparing the technical and commercial bids with keeping good margin profit within limit.
•Hand in the shortage of spare parts feed back to the stock control department to control the stock availability on time to gain customer satisfaction and provide their needs.
• Liaises with service workshops to lunch sales opportunities through the periodic maintenance & Preventive maintenance programs.
•Increase market share of spare parts sales for engines overhaul repair, transmission, hydraulic systems, steering, brake, axles and final drive.
•Dealership Professional usage for parts soft ware package (SIS) as well as parts electronic catalogues applications.
