1- Granada Mall Expansion Project.
Design review for the extension of Granada Mall to incorporate 15 new cinemas. The scope includes revising, data collection, review and validation of the existing conditions, preparation, and submission of IFC drawings for all disciplines (Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and Life safety package, coordinating with related Authorities, Municipality and Civil Defense, obtaining approvals and building permit.
2- Ministry of Housing program.
My duties were include planning the project management process
(baseline schedule, WBS, Activity List, Responsibility Matrix, Issue Logs, and Lessons Learned log. etc.)
3- KAUST Housing Expansion Project.
Support the client team during the construction phase. Ensure all deliverables QA / QC checklists are completed as per our QMS. Ensure all disciplines adhere to Client’s document standard templates. Swiftly identify options and implement agreed option in case of non-conformance. Update Issue-Log and the lessons learned.
4- Al-Rimal Gated Community project (GOSI)
Oversee an agreed scope of work. Ensuing allocated work is completed and resources are fully utilized in order to deliver against an agreed project schedule.
5- Boundary Markers (MOH)
Boundary Markers for Ministry of Housing Land Grant Project located in throughout the Kingdom which includes Topographical Survey for the entire masterplan approved from municipality, producing a masterplan for empirical land subdivision in (GIS&CAD) format, producing info card for each plot, Providing & Fixing Markers Benchmarks according to the specs, Distribution of plots to eligible citizens.
6- Urban Planning inspection Project for the Riyadh Municipality.
Review as built drawing and compare it with the approved drawings by municipality.
7- Madrid Administrative Center
Manage all resource, Materials, and equipment required to complete project and supervisor on the activities of installation by sub-contractors. Follow-up to the project schedule. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to senior management. Submitting request approval on shop drawing to consultant engineer. Ensure all civil works carried out by sub-contractor are in compliance with design drawings, specifications, QA/QC and safety requirements of Project. Check invoices prepared by sub-contractors and ensured their timely submission.
8- Residential tower project (Miami House 1& 2)
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. Providing technical advice and suggestions for
improvement on particular projects. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts. Review check and certify laboratory test results variation orders and bill of quantities. Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. Ensure that the site have adequate resources to complete the tasks and liaise with the procurement department regarding the same.
