** Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Production, Pre Plan, Execution of work, Motivation, Discuss the Operating Process with Drawing to the ( Supervisors and workers ).
2- Receive release order from planning department.
3- Analyzing drawing and doing necessary correction.
4- Pre Plan & Arrange the Workers for the job with all Tools & Equipment’s.
5- Preparing the Purchase Indent for the Raw material.
6- Execute the Production with my Production Team.
7- Implementation of systems which results in Increasing Productivity.
8- Chasing the production to meet the target as per the schedule by close follow up till dispatch.
9- Coordination with other departments for different mutual issues.
10- Eliminating processes involved in the design, development processes and working towards value-addition.
11- Ensuring high quality of components and making improvements for achieving better quality.
13- Motivating the employees to improve the production and quality.
14- Development and implementation of new process technologies.
15- Finishing the planning analysis report and lead the KPI to match the target.
16- Ensuring the proven track to ensure timely, safe and cost effective production and implementation during the life cycle of projects from conception till customer satisfaction.
17- Other responsibilities included: Running meetings with other team members, identifying ways to reduce production costs, managing budgets, working with engineering and other departments to produce cost estimates for new designs, liaising with research and development departments, and analyzing graphs and statistics.
