workflow module used to handle documents reviewing and approval lifecycle.
 Working as scrum master to lead a team of two developers to use open source portal
CMS, to design front pages of Kuwaiti ministry of housing.
 Participated in designing and researching an employment portal features and providing
a comparison matrix among different platforms.
 Leading the development of several online portal solutions such as CAMP as an
employment portal and KREC as Real Estate portal.
 Leading the development of SMS an Integration solution with Kuwait Civil Service
Commission system that send notifications to all Kuwait governmental employees
(about 500k+ per day) for every transaction.
 Leading the development of KIOSK application that integrate with KIOSK machine
which provide services to governmental employees such as login using smart card,
request, query and print different services such as vacations.
 Engage meeting with the customer for 3 months to gather and sign off business
requirements of large-scale project, which handles administrative and financial
processes of Kuwait Civil Service Commission.
 Leading a Technical Team as scrum team, whose task is to maintain a complex
framework built in-house that is the basis of large complex distributed application,
which provide set of pre-built presentation features and backend services to ease
development of such large distributed application that consists of 45+ modules, which
are distributed and interdependent modules.
 Working as product owner who manage the backlog for set of technical products such
as:
o Security module, which uses oracle internet directory as repository, and uses
oracle SSO to handle authentication.
o Integration modules that synchronize data among different systems.
o E-Services modules which uses oracle BPEL process manager to handle
complex workflows of about 20+ services which are delivered through different
channels ( Oracle Webcenter, Mobile, …)

Participated in designing/developing two modules for Vodafone-UK, the first for
extracting/migrating data from backend system called OMEGA, the second one is an
e-commerce module which allow corporate manage users and associating with them
certain features such as fixed-mobile phones.
 Participated in Proposal team to define technical aspects and providing high-level
estimation for technical activities of an e-commerce project for Vodafone Egypt.
 Led a software development team (10 developers and tester) to localize an ecommerce
web site for Vodafone-Egypt which is developed as generic product by IBMIndia
and our mission was to localize it to Egypt environment by integrating,
customizing and arabizing it.
 Participated in writing High Level Design of the project, WBS and Sizing.
 Engage client to gather software requirements and business rules and ensure
alignment with development teams.
 Environment: ATG (Vodafone Group's standard E-commerce Solution), StarTeam,

Led a team of 7+ software developers and testers located in Kuwait, to develop an e-governmental MOSAL portal for ministry of social affairs that provide services for expats of the Kuwait.
 Led a team of 10+ software developers and testers located in Egypt, to develop a custom enterprise human resource web application (about 17+ modules) for Kuwait Civil Service Commission that cover all employee related transactions ( Employment, Promotion, End of service, Leaves, Payroll, …)
 Participated in designing a generic security system that can be used with company wide different solutions.
 Participated in defining & designing & implementing web-based project technologies, project structure, project performance tuning, and project library management.
 Researched and recommended web-based frameworks & web-based technologies and web-based enterprise services (logging, ..).
