- Budgeting and variance analysis making budgeted income statement, cash flow projection and budgeted balance sheet.
- Monthly closing include review and approve bank reconciliation, verify that AR and AP adjusting entries are made, adjust any prepaid expenses and unearned revenue, review fixed assets for any addition, disposal and depreciation.
- Cost control to ensure that is aligned with company policy and budgeted cost.
- Preparation of financial statements and financial statement analysis to monitor the financial performance of our company through financial ratios liquidity ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios.
- Dealing with bank regard letter of credit, letter of guarantee and bank loans.
- Design and maintain the Credit Control Policy based on customer performance (risk level/receivables revenue/payment status) to ensure development of a healthy collection trend.
- Review and control inventory by making random checks and contribute on monthly and annual inventory count and make necessary inventory reconciliation.
- Review journal entries technically and accounting allover company’s branches and headquarter from the document of each entry.
- Review accounts payable cycle and receivable cycle on monthly basis.
- Review branches and headquarter revenue and expense treasury periodically.
- Review customer credit limits periodically and recommend whether to increase or decrease credit and how we can deal with them.
- Review and control the inventory.
- Perform audits to ensure and improve accuracy of financial reporting, effectiveness and efficiency of operations, and maintain compliance with the applicable Group policy, procedures, laws and regulations.
- Discusses significant audit findings with management to communicate audit results and recommend actions for improvement to the business process.
- Review report draft, findings and recommend actions with related management.
- Evaluate responses to reports to determine reasonableness and suggest follow-up actions.
Responsible to follow up with our clients regarding the accounts payable
and receivable and produce reports indicating how our client’s financial
relationship is going and Reviewing Customer Credit .
-Responsible to Revenue Treasure.
-Receive the collected cash and checks and make the necessary Entries
on the Soft ware of the company.
-Prepare monthly reconciliations of banks.
-Inventory Control

-Making Journal Entries.
-Sales reports.
-Indicate the actual Balance of each item in the warehouse.
