• My current job since April 2023

I’m Project BIM Manager with +12 year’s experience at multidisciplinary consultants and MEP contractors in Dubai (+9 Years) and Egypt that developed me to Lead, Implement and Manage the BIM, Infrastructure and GIS Information through the project Design and construction Stages.
Since March 2023 I am working at SSH as Project BIM Manager, Jeddah Cornish Tower project (BUA 130, 000 SQM, 47 Floor) and Misk City-District 5 project (500 Villas) - Riyadh.
before that from Nov 20 to Mar 23 I succeeded to implement the digital transformation for ZED Towers El- Sheikh Zayed project up to handover, Egypt (Value 220 M$ -BUA 396, 000 m2) with ECG as Site BIM Manager.
Depend on that, I have earned the following capabilities: 1. Manage the data within the BIM software and tools as Revit, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Revizto, …etc.
2. Implement the integration with the Business Intelligence tools as Power BI.
3. Configuration and manage the CDE(ACC/Aconex) to provide the base for effective management, tracking and monitoring of deliverables.
4. Monitor BIM models and team performance to meet
appointing party’s objectives.
5. Oversee clash detection, coordination activities to resolve conflicts and tracking the issues.
6. Implement the integration between BIM and GIS.
7. Create add-ins to expedite the process with high quality by Dynamo and Revit API.
Since 2020 I'm ISO19650 certified from BRE-UK academy and qualified from Dubai Municipality since 2013 and I will be PMP-PMI certified at December 23. In addition to, at June
2024 year I will be able to implement Artificial Intelligence knowledge at my work.
