ESTIMATION.
• Estimate the project values & prepare BOQ (bill of quantities) for project according to client specifications.
• Visiting sites and meeting with clients, contractors, consultants, etc. discussing the project requirements.
• Interact with the sales teams and project management teams to ensure all projects are performed under budget and according to plans and specifications.
• Maintaining a pricelist updated for all the breakdown of switchgear panels.
• To prepare Technical Submittal, Operation & Maintenance Manual, Compliance statement, Method of Statement, etc., & all the other technical documents.
DESIGN
• To design & Execution of panels MDB, SMDB, DB, FP, and all types of MCC Panels, (VFD & Soft starter panels, PLC panels, Fan & Pump control panels, HVAC panels, MOP) using 2d AutoCAD.
• Interacts with clients/consultant to ensure that the design meets specifications.
• Designing breakers and relays control schematics, equipment control schematics, circuit diagram, etc.
• Handling design reviews with customer’s engineers, prior to manufacturing and completing project contract on time.
• Issuing drawings (SLD, GA, Schemes, BOM, wiring schedule and fabrication) for manufacturing
• Aware of new products in Schneider, Siemens, Dorman smith, Hager, & Chint brands.
PRODUCTION
• Responsible for testing & commissioning of electrical systems like - Power panels and all types of MCC panels.
• Execution and supervision of project activities such as procurement, follow-ups, manpower handling, Installation, commissioning, Handover etc.
• Supervising the assembly team to ensure that panels are built according to specification and quality standard.
• Planning and scheduling production activities to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
• Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise during the assembly process.
• Ensuring that all assembly activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Electrical Scope includes laying Quantity survey, BOQ verification, Material arrangements, Cable Tray & Trunking works, GI and PVC conduit, Wire pulling works, termination with LV, SMDB, DB etc., for all Lighting and Small Power Circuits.
• Responsible for all drawing design review.
• ELV Scope includes the installation of systems such as Access Control, BMS, Lighting Control, Fire Alarm, IT/Telecom and Security, Public Address etc.
• Coordinating with Civil Engineers for the civil clearance works.
• MEP coordination verification and clash clearance.
• Tracing the daily progress and submitting report to the Quantity Surveyor and management for Invoice preparation.
• Controlling the Manpower and optimize their work to make a good progress.
