• Preparation of fully developed baseline program (Resource/cost loaded) with Cashflow and manpower Histogram and updating / Revision of Baseline programs in Primavera P6.

• Improved the usage of alternative sources of building materials, products and technologies to optimize the project cost.
• Recovery Program Preparation and resources calculation according to the productivity
• Generated the Critical Path Method schedule of works for engineering,
procurement, and construction activities incorporating with milestones.
• Monitored the project progress and execution process by using Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Assisted the Planning Manager in the preparation of the Baseline Schedule.

• Study contract documents; determine scope and set up contract deliverables along with the Project Manager
• Generate the CPM schedule of works for engineering, procurement, and construction activities incorporating local authority approvals and milestones
• Calculate optimal material requirement, manpower requirement (of various trades) and machinery requirement
• Provide the required correspondences, dates, programme extract, forecasted risk and data to the contract administrator to finalize the contractual letter.
