General Supervision for Irrigation & landscape Management
at sports city(Aspire) - Doha- Qatar
Manage and coordinate the overall activities of the irrigation network including design and monitoring of irrigation and sports turf projects and related project management criterion, in line with Aspire Zone Foundation objectives and standards and the agreed master schedule.
Overseeing the all maintenance activities/work required for irrigation and landscpe works for facilities of Aspire Logistics and its partners.
Supervision on contractor engineers and technicians, preparation and monitoring of maintenance budgets, physical inspection of faculties and stock materials.
Development element as well as responsibility for occupational safety in the application of maintenance work related to irrigation scope

Monitoring and evaluating the Sub contractors (Landscape, irrigation & indoor plants maintenance) as per contract specifications with the help of 100 personnel and reporting to the Manager.
 Developing designs, estimating the new landscape, irrigation & indoor plants supply and maintenance project work as per BOQ.
 Scheduling landscape and irrigation construction & maintenance work and monitoring contractor’s progress work as per assigned design & specifications.
 Monitoring, planning and executing the landscape & irrigation maintenance work in several areas such as Oil field . Army Defense. Police. Government projects.
 Checking the monthly invoices of the contractor on the basis of efficiency and quality of their work.
 Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress report including annual budget for the landscape dept.
 Preparation of scope of works, specifications & BOQ for upcoming landscape & irrigation tenders

Job Responsibilities
-On a daily basis, planning and work schedule for workers to organize work periodically.
-A weekly assessment for each region to determine the region's problems and resolve.
-Do weekly meetings with my team to find out the problems with team and resolved and give them lectures about the correct methods of work followed.
-Work schedules of the company's projects (using Primavera).
-Leadership of the technical office in all the tenders of the company.
-Design all drawings of irrigation projects, and make shop drawings.
-Manage the project technical and administrative.
-Work to achieve the maximum benefit for the company of the project.
-Calculation of all irrigation networks required.
