• Detailed Design reviews, Construction / Supervision of all Electrical
power network, services and systems in the project.
• HV, LV & ELV systems detailed analysis & technical report
preparation for client.
• Review and approval of all the shop drawings & builders work
drawing and As-Built drawings.
• Review and approval of contractors submittal including material
submittals, samples and mock-ups.
• Review and approval of O&M Manuals.
• Inspection and approval of all site construction activities performed
by contractor.
• Review and approval of the Contractors construction program.
• Verification and issuing prompt reply to contractors technical
clarifications.
• Review and approval of engineering method statements.
• Verification of payment certificate.
• Monitor the contractors construction programs.
• Preparation new electrical site-based designs and design
modifications of existing electrical services in the project as per
client requirements.
• Value engineering.
• Preparation of engineering instruction supporting documents
related with electrical services.
• Assist Project Manager directly on site works as required.
• Direct the contractors to carry out the necessary test on materials
and works.
• Liaise & coordinate with authorities for obtaining LDN, Shop
drawing, electrical HV/MV/LV installation inspection and supply
activation approvals.
• Coordinating with various authorities like MOI & Civil Defence
authority for various engineering clarifications during the
construction.
• Verifying and witnessing of electrical services testing &
commissioning reports.
• Organising and securing the electrical power supply to the building
through main contractor.
• Providing the appropriate feedback to client officials for the site
based electrical clarifications.

❖ Conduct site assessment and joint site survey with project
manager, draughtsman and procurement team.
❖ Working with draughting team and development of single-line
diagrams, layout drawings, raceway systems, grounding systems
and station services.
❖ Define high-level project scope of work. With input from the client,
consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and Summit team members
❖ Obtain necessary permits and approvals from KSEB & Municipality.
❖ Develop project timeline and schedule
❖ Prepare budget and cost estimate
❖ Finalize design plans and specifications
❖ Support procurement team for procuring necessary construction
materials take-off and to generate procurement documents for
labour, materials & equipment
