Managed and led the Fusion Program as part of Panada Cloud Transformation, my main role was to Manage vendor Oracle OCS to deliver Fusion on the main three Phases, First phase which already went live successfully in November 2020 for the Non-Trade business line Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement with integration with EBS for HRMS and GL for JDA retail system. The next phase is for Trade Retail for 201 stores planned on 2 main drops in July and September 2021. I believe the most challenging part of the project was achieving Phase 1 go-live last November 2020 in 5 months only which was delivered offshore remotely during COVID-19 restrictions.

• Communicate and liaise with SAAD Industrial Facility manager and key users ( consisting of 20 big warehouses and 8 workshops) to design high level solution
• Help key users in material management to recode the current items (+ 140, 000 item) in new CSI item code and category standards
• Setup meeting with inventory accountants to design the required custom inventory accounting method using category account matrix across different internal and external constructions projects using custom Sub Ledger Accounting method to meet their accounting business requirement

Project examples
MR2005: Purchasing application integrated with Real World ERP in GL and inventory modules. The application functionality starts from requisition through RFQ and quotation then supplier quotation comparisons to the purchase order; developed using MS SQL 2005 for backend, VB2005 for desktop application ASP .NET for query about requisition on intranet and crystal report 10 for generating reports.

HALAYL POS: A modern point of sale for six HALAYL Boutique branches with barcode reader, cash drawer and receipt printer. The application tracks the sales of the boutique items and maintains the quantities in the inventory and the price list of the items after adding a margin on the purchasing price. All six branches are connected remotely through modem to head office on daily basis to update the prices, stock and sales; developed using MS SQL 2000 for backend, VB6 for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.

Bank2005: Portfolio and Loan and Bank facilities application. Tracks the daily transactions on the portfolios in Saudi stock market and updates prices of the stocks from TADAWUL web site to re-evaluate these portfolios encumbered with loans and bank facilities to help finance management to make the right decision at the right time; developed using SQL 2000 for backend, VB6 for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.

Help Desk 7788: IT technical support job order tracking system. Tracks computer inventory and all other IT devices and hardware and also registering users’ problem in job orders and assigns job orders to the tech support team and notify them by email until finalization; developed using MS SQL 2000 for backend, ASP.NET (.NET Framework 1.1) for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.

IT-TASK: Project management application for IT department. Tracks projects by dividing in to task’s with time limit and assign IT resources who responsible to finalize this task or open a sub-task and assign it to other resource within the time limit; developed MS SQL 2000 for backend, ASP.NET (.NET Framework 2.0) for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.

SAAD HR Forms: Integrated application with Real World ERP in HR module. Registers and tracks the employees internal and governmental requests until approved and processed; developed SQL 2000 for backend, VB6 for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.

SAAD SMS: Alert system using mobile messages; uses a website with LDAP authentication with different roles. Every role will have several message templates as per as customer requirement and mainly this application was for SAAD Specialist Hospital. And also SAAD SMS is integrated with Oracle ERP and other systems to have an SMS alerts; developed using SQL 2005 for backend, ASP.NET for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.
