My mission is to lead the IT transformation at Arail with Oracle Fusion, a cloud-based solution that integrates and automates business processes and data. I am responsible for restructuring the IT department, managing the vendor and subcontractor relations, overseeing the project delivery and quality, and ensuring the business team's satisfaction and acceptance. I also coach and mentor my team members, prepare and present technical proposals and reports, and which support the management vision and directions. I am passionate about delivering innovative and efficient IT solutions that enable business growth and excellence.
Managed and led the Fusion Program as part of Panada Cloud Transformation, my main role was to Manage vendor Oracle OCS to deliver Fusion on the main three Phases, First phase which already went live successfully in November 2020 for the Non-Trade business line Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement with integration with EBS for HRMS and GL for JDA retail system. The next phase is for Trade Retail for 201 stores planned on 2 main drops in July and September 2021. I believe the most challenging part of the project was achieving Phase 1 go-live last November 2020 in 5 months only which was delivered offshore remotely during COVID-19 restrictions.
Senior Project/Program Manager for Oracle Cloud Transformation mega projects. Responsible for supporting sales and pre-sales activities to understand customer requirements to adopt Oracle Cloud solution best practices. Supports solution architects of all functional tracks (Finance, SCM, HCM, Projects, CX, EPM) with Technical (PaaS) track to drive the final overall solution. Estimate project cost and support pre-sales activities for project bedding. Executing projects and maintaining customer relations to encourage them to adopt and invest more in Cloud technologies as a transformation from old legacy on primes solutions.
Principal Projects Manager for the Cloud Services. Responsible for the delivery and implementation of Software related to Cloud services (SaaS and PaaS) and assisting with Data Center and Infrastructure builds within the Oracle Cloud. Works closely with Projects Managers of Eastern Provence to follow up and make sure to deliver our Projects with the best quality and in timely manner.

• Maintain awareness and knowledge of training performance and provide suitable interpretation to the management.
• Design and manage internal and external communications for the partner ecosystem using the available communications channels.

Management Support my vision of establishing IT Consultancy Company based on my previous achievement of Implementing Oracle E-Business Suite R12 across all MAZEN AL SAEED Group. Currently we have partnership with BTBS one of Leading Companies on Oracle EBS Consultancy on KSA so we have 4 Projects as subcontractor to implement (HCM / Financial / Supply Chain / Projects).
This company has many disciplines including Contracting - Oil & Gas - Trading - Industrial - Transportation & Logistics - Real Estate & Properties - Investment and Finance.
Accountable for implementing Oracle ERP in 21 sister companies under MASHCO within 18 months and with limited budget.
I sourced and managed three functional consultants (HCM / Financial / Supply Chain), one technical consultant and one DBA.
Key deliverables
• Support and lead the Oracle consultant teams of HRMS, Financial and Supply Chain
• Built the project plan on 4 phases
• Lead the business analysis meeting with the key users in all company GM and relevant departments key users to design high level solution
• Perform Gap Analysis for current business to determine required business process reengineering or restructure to be standardised

Key Achievements
On 1st of November brought HR and Payroll online as well as five major companies in Financial and supply chain group
Key Deliverables:
• Communicate and liaise with SAAD Industrial Facility manager and key users ( consisting of 20 big warehouses and 8 workshops) to design high level solution
• Help key users in material management to recode the current items (+ 140, 000 item) in new CSI item code and category standards
• Setup meeting with inventory accountants to design the required custom inventory accounting method using category account matrix across different internal and external constructions projects using custom Sub Ledger Accounting method to meet their accounting business requirement
• Conduct CRP 1 and CRP 2 up to key user signature based on UAT instance
• Gather data collection sheets after data cleansing and validation for master data and opining balance for Inventory (Item, Category, UOM, Inventory ORG, sub-inventory, shipping network and latest inventory count tally with inventory GL balance) Purchasing (all purchasing document approval cycle, buyers and open POs) Order Management (Show rooms/branches list, price lists)
• Develop integration for in house (.NET) point of sale with Order management and make a proper testing
• Upload master data and opening balance After setup INV, PO and OM
• Drive parallel run phase with legacy system for two months and compare the balances in both ERP and legacy successfully
• Prepare High level solution to implement WIP and BOM for workshops
• Planning to upgrade from R12.0.6 to R12.1.3 to implement LCM to solve extra purchasing charges on items after receiving goods to have accurate item average costing

• Setup meetings with HR Manager and higher management to explain the major functionality in Oracle HR and Payroll could solve their current business or legacy system they use and how to make a successful transition to Oracle ERP identifying gap analysis and high level solution design
• Collect required data sheet templates for HR (Organisation, Organisation hierarchy, Job, Position, Position Hierarchy, Employee and Employee contacts) Payroll (Grade, Payroll elements and vacation)

Project examples
MR2005: Purchasing application integrated with Real World ERP in GL and inventory modules. The application functionality starts from requisition through RFQ and quotation then supplier quotation comparisons to the purchase order; developed using MS SQL 2005 for backend, VB2005 for desktop application ASP .NET for query about requisition on intranet and crystal report 10 for generating reports.
HALAYL POS: A modern point of sale for six HALAYL Boutique branches with barcode reader, cash drawer and receipt printer. The application tracks the sales of the boutique items and maintains the quantities in the inventory and the price list of the items after adding a margin on the purchasing price. All six branches are connected remotely through modem to head office on daily basis to update the prices, stock and sales; developed using MS SQL 2000 for backend, VB6 for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.
Bank2005: Portfolio and Loan and Bank facilities application. Tracks the daily transactions on the portfolios in Saudi stock market and updates prices of the stocks from TADAWUL web site to re-evaluate these portfolios encumbered with loans and bank facilities to help finance management to make the right decision at the right time; developed using SQL 2000 for backend, VB6 for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.
Help Desk 7788: IT technical support job order tracking system. Tracks computer inventory and all other IT devices and hardware and also registering users’ problem in job orders and assigns job orders to the tech support team and notify them by email until finalization; developed using MS SQL 2000 for backend, ASP.NET (.NET Framework 1.1) for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.
IT-TASK: Project management application for IT department. Tracks projects by dividing in to task’s with time limit and assign IT resources who responsible to finalize this task or open a sub-task and assign it to other resource within the time limit; developed MS SQL 2000 for backend, ASP.NET (.NET Framework 2.0) for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.
SAAD HR Forms: Integrated application with Real World ERP in HR module. Registers and tracks the employees internal and governmental requests until approved and processed; developed SQL 2000 for backend, VB6 for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.
SAAD SMS: Alert system using mobile messages; uses a website with LDAP authentication with different roles. Every role will have several message templates as per as customer requirement and mainly this application was for SAAD Specialist Hospital. And also SAAD SMS is integrated with Oracle ERP and other systems to have an SMS alerts; developed using SQL 2005 for backend, ASP.NET for frontend and crystal report 10 for generating reports.
• Develop Windows applications using Microsoft Visual Basic .NET.
• Design and Develop Web Application using Microsoft C# .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and SQL Server.
• Design and Develop Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSL, XSLT, X path, XSL-FO, XPointer, DTD, XML Schema, CSS, DOM, HTML and JavaScript.
• Develop Database Server design, Database maintenance, developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers using SQL Server 2000.
• Develop and Design UML patterns such as Adapter, Proxy, Bridge and Façade.
Design and Develop Database applications using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and SQL plus.
