Main duties & activities:
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
- Manage the recruitment process (identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants).
- Provide structured information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships (developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time).
- Decision making & provide smart HR solution to support business objectives. (Analyzing evaluate results, select the best solution).

Reporting solid to the OpCo Human Resources Director & doted to the Global Human Resources Business Partner. Sitting on the Functional Human Resources Management Team and will be managing a team of advisors & personnel administration.
Main duties & activities:
- Operating company will a full range of functions (supply chain & sales organization), a member of a functional management team and have the responsibility for embedding the HR Strategy within the OpCo.
- Reflecting the local environment & needs.
- Develop, implement and monitor HR Strategy, policies & practices for the Opco to ensure continuous availability of sufficient, qualified & motivated personnel, while also controlling personnel costs in order to translate business challenges in HR Solutions.

- Lead implementation of longer-term HR strategies within the region/local organization in alignment with corporate policies and at the same time balancing immediate needs in order to maximize effectiveness of HR for business achievement.
- Administer the organization’s established HR programs so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably and comply with all relevant collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organization’s employment policies and standards.
- Ensure that all activities and programs related to HR are implemented in accordance with the corporate HR strategy.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the top executive level (Executive Committee) so that the HR organization’s strategy is aligned with other business strategies.
- Represent the organization in interactions with external parties (for example, other organizations, industry associations, employee unions, government agencies, labor relations authorities, media) in order to protect the organizations’ interests and reputation.
- Implement changes to HR programs, at an organization-wide or individual level, in an efficient, accurate, and timely way. This includes processing job evaluations, salary increases, appointments, absences, retirements, and terminations.
- Information managed which includes job history; retirement and insurance documentation; leave records; and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure that the organization’s HR strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
