Main activities and responsibilities 1. Provides communication support within the division by translating written and spoken
material and expressions from one language to another.
2. Provides professional translation service in both Arabic and English of corporate
documents within the university, including contracts, agreements, policy manual and other
such documents.
3. Maintains quality control of translated documents to ensure accurate, timely and high
quality production.
4. Proof-reading multilingual material especially English and Arabic material.
5. Communicate with a variety of administrators, specialists, faculty and other staff to
provide interpretation and translation as needed.
6. Attend meetings, conferences and social gatherings and interpret as required; translate
pamphlets, forms and announcements as directed.
7. Checking department mail and replying to queries and emails as per directions of
concerned person.
Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. All translation duties for the Chancellor,
the Provost and Academic Affairs.
Main activities and responsibilities 1. Translation of Incoming and Outward Note Verbals
2. Preparing the Press Summary Report daily, reporting of All related Hot issues in internal politics
and analysis.
3. Arranging all information requested by the MOFA with consulting with H.E. the Ambassador.
4. Planning information programs and media outreach especially interviews with Ministers by the
local media channels.
5. Prepare Strategic Studies and Special Reports as requested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
