Responsible for all sales and marketing processes allover Libya, Baby care products cosmeticsand mouth care products
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Reviews and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Define and oversees the implementation of the sales strategies in order to maximize sales with traders and ultimately meet consumer demands in a timely and cost effective manner. establish strong relationship with the key national customers, developing a business set-up in the country based on the needs, market’s nature and people’s demands. Play a dynamic and proactive role in overseeing the health of the process between customers & company in terms of enough availability of the stock.contribute towards formulation and implementation of operational plans, like the coverage plan and control process that enable achievement of the company’s overall business plans.
• Develop and recommend sales and distribution objectives, including sales volume and product mix.
• Direct market development, sales promotion, advertising, distribution and distributor’s pricing policies.
• Analyze market trends, potentials and prepare sales forecasts use in planning manufacturing operations and for controlling inventories.
• Follow the changing specifications in the region in terms of labeling, dating and packing the products.
• Work closely with distributors, sales agents and distribution centers as well as key accounts, in order to monitor and control their performance, promotion efforts and to keep informed on customer’s needs as well as training their sales force and improve their effectiveness.
• Conduct technical field service support to key customers as well as demonstrating product range through technical demonstration.
• Suggest and implement promotional and advertising programs. Evaluate each promotion and marketing incentive in order to recommend improvements and/or changes.
• Review complaints and suggestions relative to assigned
products.
