▪ Handle logistical activities of all air cargo for Qatar Airways group.
▪ Manage on-time performance of the team to the best effect for various targets including implementation of policies, procedures, and management systems to deliver the company’s targets.
▪ Analyzing various types of data to improve performance and increase efficiency.
▪ Establish effective working relationships with the suppliers and external stations in order to implement service improvements and cost reductions.
▪ Work with the finance team to create and review actual forecast and budget expenditure
▪ Participate in follow up of customer concerns. Contribute to assessing the root cause of customers complains using robust counter measures, escalate where appropriate and support the corrective actions to eliminate repeated errors.
▪ Responsible for establishing links with Qatar governmental authorities “General customs authority, the ministry of interior, transportation, and communications ministry, etc.)
▪ Managing day to day interaction with employees; including daily information flow, processes improvement, and reporting to top management.
