Role:-
• Working as a Senior Landscape (SoftScape And Irrigation).
• Installing Irrigation and Softscape Works in the School according to approved drawings.
• Supervise technical matters on Shop Drawings to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Implement and coordinate with all activities in site to meet the requirements.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Work As Team Leader For All Technical Office Works For All Projects ( New Alamain City, Alfustat Hills and Green River New Administration Capital.
▪ Reviewed all Contract documentation to assess the feasibility of construction.
▪ Managed QS team in the issuance of BOQ, invoices approvals, and change orders.
▪ Managed the Contractual issues with the Clients (Change Orders, Claims …etc.)
▪ Managed/supervised the technical office team in performing delegated tasks.
▪ Provided direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration.
▪ Monitored and report the timely and successful resolution of all critical interface issues.
▪ Identified resources and equipment requirements, and efficient capacity planning.
▪ Resolved any technical or construction errors that may arise on-site to prevent any delay.
▪ Oversee all interface activities, design, development, testing, and implementation.
▪ Escalated issues and risks to senior management as appropriate.
▪ Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members.

Project Value:-800 million EGP.
Client:- Emaar MISR.
Role:-
1. Produced Irrigation and Sofscape quantity surveys in association with project requirements,
& required details for approval.
2▪ Coordinated Softscape, Irrigation Networks Drawings, and other hand construction.
teams to meet Contract specifications and design.
3▪ Raised RFIs for missing information and recorded answers, and ensured that the drafting team incorporated the information received into the shop drawings.
4▪ Studied, propagated, and updated technical information; drawings, material, and RFIs logs.
5▪ Reviewed method statements suitable to provide the design intent and allow construction.
6▪ Produced the as-built drawings for all Pipes and Plants.
7▪ Prepared all the project`s P.O.s and materials following up.
