I've 3 years experience covering the following aspects of building Mechanical services :
· MEP Design and Calculation(HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Low Current, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm)
· Inspect and supervise the works in accordance with Approved drawings, respective standards & clients specification.
· Attend weekly MEP coordination & progress meetings with the client, main contractor, supplier & sub-contractors.
· Reviewing MEP design drawings shop drawings, coordination drawings, submittals & method statements as per the Specification, Standards & local authority requirements and approval.
· Taking Approval for the drawings from Dubai Municipality
· Inspection of the work completed on site
· Take photos of construction activities /progress and maintain a hard and soft copy of photographs
