 Maintain the addressable and convectional type fire alarm system and trouble shooting the faults in fire alarm system like short/open circuit, detector faults, detector replacement, addressing of detectors, interface unit testing & etc.
 Maintain the CCTV system and trouble shooting of faults in the system.
 Operation and Maintenance of road barriers, access control system and dimmer lighting System.
 Maintain the Building Management System. B.M.S facilitates displaying data which has been collected or saved on BMS, thus enabling plant monitoring and data access from remote locations. For example, Chillers, A.H.U, Chilled water Booster Pump and etc are monitored through Building Management system.
 Overall administration works, preparation of monthly attendance for staffs & labor category, maintaining of petty cash as per site requirement.
 Manage all Project official Documentation (includes engineering technical, correspondence, project management) generated by Ministry in Document Management system.
 Supervises & coordinating with all departments.
 Implement and maintain timely and effective document management processes in accordance with Ministry & the contractor/ suppliers.
 Preparing Technical Specifications of the equipments in coordination with the concerned department under the supervision of Engineers.
 Liaise with the Suppliers on maintaining the inventory of Equipments, Spare parts and any other new equipment installations in the Region.
 Coordinates with the Store in Charge on maintaining the Inventory of the spare parts & raising demand & quotation requests for the spare parts.
 Manage Analyzing & Preparing Monthly workload details, contract details & also Productivity through Asset Management System Software.
 Supervision of work requests completed by technicians.

Handling the voice and data connections from telephone exchange to customer end.
Testing and Trouble shooting of faults in telephone connections and network structure.
Providing new BRI, PRI & least line connections with modem installation.
Managing the database through MS office Excel or related database software.
Configuring the different type of modem & routers as per network standard
