Responsibilities:
-Manage, plan, and coordinate business activities of retail services unit of the branch to ensure that efficient and effective services are provided to customers in all retail areas.
-Promote and maintain relationships with large retail customers, target market segments to effectively market the bank.
-Develop new business ideas and carry out plans for business development.
-Serve as a sophisticated point of contact for customers with inquires or complaints.
-Contribute to branch profitability through effective retail services management and excellent service response to both current and prospective customers.
-Represent point of contact for complex accounts. Solve unusual problems arising from customers that require good judgment and on-the-spot decisions.
-Monitor and control workflow to improve productivity. Maintain the quality, systems, and structure of retail services.
-Authorize and sign payments (checks, fund transfer, …) Make sure that proper controls are in place.
-Review and monitor branch expenses and charges regarding retail activities.
-Review internal controls regarding segregation of duties, authorization of entries, accounts’ opening, reconciliation, assignment of work, etc..
