● Project -Masraf Al Rayan head, UDC School Project
Post -contract
Responsibility: -
• Preparing, negotiating and agreeing on valuation measuring subcontract works and processing payments.
• Preparing and submitting interim and final applications for payment Using ORACLE.
• Able to source for sub-contractors/suppliers for quotations, evaluations and quote comparisons to assist in the negotiation for best prices and Subcontract Agreements.
• Reviews and validates Bills of Quantities prepared by others, evaluates payment certificates, and supports claim analysis and agreement of change orders (variations).
•Managing payment, sub-contractors, suppliers and third parties
• Correspondences to Consultants and sub-contractors.
• Preparing Variation Order
Pre-contract
Responsibility: -
• Prepare the RFQ (Request for quotation) packages.
• Sending the RFQ packages to the various suppliers & sub-contractors in accordance with the vendor’s list (if provided).
• Preparing technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specifications, BOQ or any missing information.
• Prepare the Cost Comparison statement for all the offers received from various sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Prepare the tender brief for management review.
• Provide technical and contractual support to the procurement team during •Subcontract package preparation and Attend the Site visits & meetings.
• Follow-up with the sub-contractors & suppliers for the quotations.
● Project - Construction of KDO Residence & Parking Building (Palace Project)
Responsibility: -
• Review recommendation of the final value of variations prepared by the cost consultant which includes checking quantities, rate analysis and as-built drawing to identify cost variation from RFI’s and shop drawing
• Work closely with the supervision consultant on-site and ensure that all contractual and commercial information is reported to the management
• Validation of new rates by the consultant for items missing the bill of Quantities
• Validation of quotation provided by the projects’ team for any miscellaneous work to be carried out in the project
• Review the latest Drawings for quantity measurement and check for any discrepancies against the Tender drawings, Specifications, and the Bill of Quantities.
• Document progress, materials, and reports on the project.
● Project - Shield 5 Program Army air base Project (30 G+ Buildings, Road construction & Infrastructure)
Responsibility: -
• Site visits during construction stage to identify the progress of work.
• Reviewing Site Clarification Reports and Shop Drawings for comments indicated by the employer for any additional works and preparing claims for additional works.
• Maintain logs for claims and thereby agree on variations/change orders

• Responsible to monitor cost overruns and submitting payment claims and monthly evaluations.
• Taking off quantities based on the standard method of measurements for finalizing the subcontractor works.
• Identifying and measuring Variations.
• Prepare Interim Valuations and certify subcontractors
