1. Manage Stock Accuracy
2. Manage and supervise yearly inventories
3. Control, monitor, and report the stock accuracy with a dashboard
4. Manage the Raw Material storage / Subcontracting / Delivery
5. Manage Human Resources driving them with KPI’s
6. Train team members to be 100% autonomous
7. Measure performance and to report it to SC&P Mgr
8. Monitor the stocks Values (EGP) and to report them monthly
9. Manage the consumption accuracy
10. Control and propose actions for `stopped`, `slow moving` and `obsolete` stocks

12. Manage PMI transfers from location to location

21. Perform Audits in 5S system
