Handle all environment problems with 3 offices about 400 site
follow up with PM(Preventive Maintenance) teams during PM and check all requested reports.
arrange all needed actions for any environment problems and escalate any not solved or not related problems.
follow up till finish audit sheets from customer and make internal audit.
Make PM and CM for Orange sites in delta north area and making troubleshooting for its equipment
field engineer to make maintenance for mobinil sites and handling alarms of about 140 site.
Troubleshooting site equipment 2G, 3G and microwave links.

2G Motorella HII cabinet
2G NSN cabinet
3G NSN
MW NEC links(V4, NEO STD, NEO CPV16, NEO Extention, Ipaso)
