Job description: Main Responsibilities including but not limited to:
1- Managing construction team responsible for all electrical installation.
2- Facilitate and coordinate with related subcontractors in order to finish their job within project schedule.
3- Attending coordination and progress meetings with project parties.
4- Direct supervise day-to-day electrical activities.
5- Co-ordinates with other departments in all project stages (Engineering, Procurement then Construction stage).
6- Provide support, technical assistance and planning input to the construction team.
7- Help recruiting manpower required for site activities, assign, direct, and evaluate their work.
8- Study project specifications to determine appropriate construction MS.
9- Evaluate & issue recommendation and technical judgment to project QS, Cost Control on subcontractor’s claims and variations.
10- Discuss & confer with Client Representative, Projects Owner, Subcontractors and Designers for Specification, Work Procedures, Construction complaints and problems.
11- Plan, organize and defined construction requirements of resources (Manpower, Tools, Equipment and Material) in order to make a schedule for that requirements to be on site in the required date meeting project schedule.
12- Leading a department weekly meeting to assign or redistribute assignment based on attitude of workforce team or project situation.
13- Coordinate with procurement department in order to secure the material required on site on the time.
