Key Responsibilities:
* Major role in clearing and acquiring the balance Retention Hold Money of the project, By Providing substantial
effort to coordinate and close out all the pending parameters in the project to satisfy the client’s needs. Which
leads to a win-win situation for the client and us the contractor.
* Co-ordination & Supervision of all Testing & commissioning Activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting,
Electrical & Extra Low Voltage and to ensure services are commissioned in accordance with the Project
specification and Standard Commissioning Codes.
* Coordinate the planning by formulating, editing and implementing a viable Commissioning Program & Plan
with milestones as agreed by all commissioning team members.
* Expertise in preparation of project specific Commissioning Method Statement Including project specific test
packages.
* Preparation of all the Close out related Documents to establish a smooth Handing Over to the client, which
includes but not limited to Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manual, Handing over of Spare Part or
Extra Material, Organizing Training to the End User, Closing Out Snag Reports and Managing Defect Liability
Period.
* Coordinating and organizing the training session during the Hand Over phase, leading the training that needs
to be provided to the facility-management team.
* Demonstrating the Final Functional Performance Test for all the MEP Services as a whole integrative process
to the client.
* A thorough Knowledge in LEED Related Commissioning, which includes both the LEED Pre-Functional &
Functional Performance Testing
* Managing the Defect Liability Period with Optimum Maintenance Charges during the time of Operation, by
providing all type of Preventive and Scheduled Maintenance strategies to the Facility Management team

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of effective commissioning Work strategy for engineers and Supervisors to test, adjust and
balance HVAC systems to ensure Client Requirements are met.
* Managing on-site witnessing sessions attended by building owners, consultants and contractors to
demonstrate test results and optimum systems performance to satisfy all parties involved.
* Actively implemented the commissioning management process involving works testing by reviewing design
drawings for commissionability, method statement reviews and updating, formulating and implementing
commissioning programs, chairing commissioning meetings to coordinate commissioning works of the total
MEP disciplines and compiling MEP test packages using equipment schedules, As-Built drawings and
manufacturer’s data.
* Complete management of each and every sub-contracting party on the project during the commissioning
phase for the successful commissioning of all MEP System to suit the client’s requirement and the consultants
perspective.
* Tracking the progress as well as managing the progress to meet deadlines. Witnessing the final test results are
within the limitation alongside with consultants and clients.
* Helping in the last stage of project by presenting the O&M Manuals to the client and the operatives of the
faculty management team at the hand over stage
