Preparing material request (DTR) in e-Beams, tools & equipment requirements (Crane, Boom Truck, etc., ) of Preventive maintenance activities.
•Creating Service Orders/Non-Contract service orders in the format and updating the approved SO/NCSO in Maximo Service Order menu.
•Create Preventive Maintenance Work Orders in e-Beams and load resources, manpower in the work order
•Assist in preparing scope of work, MS Project, bar chart / schedule for shut down and overhauling activities on machineries such as Turbines, Engines, Pumps, Compressors and accessories etc.
•Work Progress follow up at site and in Central workshops and daily update in MS- Project.
•Prepares material request, Desktop Requisition in e-Beams hard reservation / soft reservation and assist in delivering the required material / spares in Gathering Center.
•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly & Project status reports in MS - Projects
•Creating monthly budget status/report for the amount processing through NCSO & SO.
•Follow-Up the spare Inventory by checking store stock items in e-Beams.
•Team KPI follow up with Senior Engineers.
•Team memo reply follow up.
•HSE Live, Site Visit Verification pending action follow up with Senior Engineers

Follow-up of pending maintenance memo and preparing draft reply liaison with superiors.
•Preparing monthly project performance/status and reports.
•Preparing Cat-ID, BOM (Bill of Materials) for maintenance works and verifying stock availability in MAXIMO software system.
•Creating draft Service Orders/Non-Contract service orders in the format and updating the approved SO/NCSO in Maximo Service Order menu.
•Assisting administrative support regarding various follow-up jobs.
•Preparation of requests for various daily consumable materials.
•MAXIMO inventory and Work Orders.
•Assisting in preparing documents for manpower and vehicle requirement.
•Safety audit findings and close out action records keeping and follow up.
