I started training at the beginning as coder auditor and we learned Icd10 guidelines, start coding different cases/ day. and doing CCS classes during the weekend ( every Saturday). and I am right now in case management too as coder auditor, review clinical cases and sended to different insurance companies.
I made periodic consultation for the company workers and working as urgentist doctor in case if any matter emergency happen, and made inspection for quality of nutrition for all the restoration site.
