• Maintain the Server, networking system by tracking server
activity, performing upgrades of software, maintaining
computer hardware, addressing questions about technical
problems, and Improving efficiency by evaluating system
network functions.
• Plans and continuously evaluate, and further develop the
Surveillance CCTV locations, Systems and Procedures.
• Install CCTV, access control, door entry and art’s security
systems according to specified standards.
• Test systems and train CCTV operators on its functions and
provide Manuals and procedures when needed.
• Solve practical problems and detect and repair system faults.
• Designing and maintain Enterprise Level Network.
• Design and installing IP PBX Systems.
• Configure VPN
• DATA Recovery.
Installing and Troubleshooting CCTV and access controllers.
Responsible for maintenance and repair of Laptop, PC, routers,
switches and other technical systems.
Also responsible for making and installation of new Network
systems.
• Working with a client to find the exact nature of a fault.
• Installing and configuring IP PBX Systems
• Working out the reasons for the breakdown of systems or
peripherals - like printers, scanners and modems.
• Visiting clients, or sending out a field technician, to deal with
problems that cannot be resolved over the phone or via the
website.
• Installing and configuring new equipment and upgrading
existing systems.
• Testing, repairing and maintaining equipment.
• Recording problems and their solutions.
• Training clients on new systems or software applications.
