Handles customer inquiries, complaints and billing issues with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism needed to resolve customer issues within one call.
Offers alternative solutions, where appropriate, with the objective of retaining customers.
Communicates with customers, using web based tools, and demonstrates the associated language proficiency.
Coordinate financial & administrative affairs for the legal department, finance & hr department, .
Support the Manager/team in developing the daily interaction of their business,
Governmental ministries formalities, administration of passports and immigration and embassies of incoming expatriate staff.
Selling products, maintaining relationships with clients, and maintaining professional and technical knowledge.
Prepare and review revenue, expense, invoices, and other accounting documents on weekly basis.
Other duties as assigned.
Receive daily calls at the morning from customers by taking their orders.
follow up on cash deposits and check them with the accounting department.
Distribute the trucks on customers.
Checking with dispatchers in that the job is done.
Daily log operations to be updated on the system.
Perform the computerized bookkeeping including banks journals, adjustments journals, Due Salaries Journals, A/P, A/R, Review & reconcile petty cash, Banks reconcile & cash management, Issuing & follow-up L/G’s and L/C’s & Participated in Suppliers, clients, debtors and creditors accounts analysis.
