Payroll:
• Lunch and implement HITS system in all payroll, Personnel and benefits aspects
• Work with benefits professionals in order to implement and align a more advanced benefits and payroll system.
• Gather all payroll related data to prepare and manage payroll processes of employees.
• Submit payroll System and reports on time to the related departments
• Perform payroll procedures, ensuring that all data related to monthly salary calculations are entered correctly (days off, unpaid leave, sick leave etc.)
• Responsible for ensuring all Personnel activities are completed as per labor law, social insurance, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with concerned parties.
• Oversee the maintenance of current employee data systems.
• Run system calculations and validate the output and ensure timely payroll execution.
• Responsible for Human Resources services including health care, payroll, On Boarding & off boarding and Record Management.
• Manage and upload monthly the bank file for ( HSBC & CIB )
• Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Generate ad-hoc reports (for example, reports on turnover, hiring costs and benefits)
• Prepare and upload the bank fill for all AXA Egypt entities.
• Work closely with AXA Tax manager to prepare quartile tax income reconciliation.

Personnel:
• Responsible for all the personnel issues.
• Develop, implement and monitor all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practice.
• Provide a comprehensive personnel advisory service to all company managers and staff to ensure that the company follows best practice in the management of its staff and to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Implement from scratch the internal regulation related to labor law and aligned with the AXA strategic objective
• Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data, update all data base.
• Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities(Labor office, social insurance, Health Office )
• Review the Employee social insurance regarding forms 1, 2 and 6
• Responsible for Organize, secure and maintain all files, records in accordance with policies and procedures archive and retains employee files as required by law.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of new hires, transfers, promotions and termination
• Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
• Receives and investigates penalty requests, review it with HR Director, register approved penalties on database and forward it to HR Director to apply according labor law.

HR Operations “Personnel, Payroll and compensation & Benefits:

• Arrange between Hassan Allam Technologies Projects needs and (GPS outsourcing Company)
• Manage and Update Manpower Plan and budget of HASSAN ALLAM project.
• Following up the employment contracts and probation period.
• Prepare the contracts, Form 01, Form 06 and handling the physical files for new employee.
• Payroll revision for outsourcing worker and staff “Headcount 2000 Employees”
• Ensuring monthly payroll fixed and variable transactions, overtime, incentive, revision Salary tax and Social Insurance.
• Maintaining and development personnel recording system (SAP System) & (HITS System).
• Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer and performance reviews.
• Revising and Review monthly the time attendance for staff and worker from Head Office and Site.
• Supervise up team of 15 Site Admins
• Interface with internal audit

Recruitment & Selection:
• Manages manpower needs and plan with direct managers.
• Handling all recruitment process starting from receiving the hiring request to on boarding and orientation.
• Participate in job fairs and career events like (AUC- JOBMASTER - Ministry of Investment - Engineering Job Fairs).

Organization Development:
• Design, review, and update job descriptions for all positions related to the organization chart.
• Designing the organization chart for Hassan Allam Technologies from scratch using Visio and for co. projects
