ABE Core Banking System Implementation Project - Finacle
Key Responsibilities
• Map and analyze existing business processes, with a specific focus on Islamic Banking operations, to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation to support process understanding and redesign, particularly for Islamic Banking functions such as pool definition and profit distribution.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to Islamic Banking to support business decisions, identify trends, and ensure compliance with Sharia principles.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of solutions to address business needs, with an emphasis on Islamic Murabaha configuration and other Islamic financial instruments.
• Work with technical teams to ensure that solutions for Islamic Banking are aligned with business requirements and objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment, especially concerning Islamic Banking requirements.

• Handle trade finance transactions, including Annex 4 issuance and customs release.
• Stay updated on new CBE circulars and regulations.
• Serve as the branchs operational risk champion, maintaining internal policies, procedures, and
reporting risk events.
