Duties and responsibilities:
Managing the monthly closing, performing the daily accounting activities,
Set the journal entries to prove the revenues and expenses of the company.
Insure the recording of all entries into the accounting system are prepared accurately & promptly.
Revises rent expense of the month to assure cash in and out .
Issuing the monthly Trial Balance.
Analysis that are requested by the management.
Cooperating with the external auditors in the execution of their responsibilities,
Proves wages and salaries expenses after being submitted by the chief accountant.
Preparing monthly sales tax declaration & quarterly with-holding tax declaration.
Settling Bank Reconciliation, Accounts payable, and accounts receivable & preparing reports.
Revises income invoices and check value to assure it’s similarity to clarify any difference if occurred.
Following All the Input & Output material of the Warehouse.
