Current Responsibility (3 Projects):
1. PDH Network Optimization
Manage 4 area team leader in the following:
a. Evaluate the current network within 4 KPIs (Route Index, TX Index, OPEX & Utilization)
b. Determine the weak points which raise the KPIs over the target
c. Extract the optimum Solution for solving the weak points
d. Implement the solution to meet the target
2. Rollout project
a. Distribute weekly the accepted radio candid “new sites” to 3 area team leader
b. Follow up the result of the list
c. Evaluate the 3 team leaders over the rollout flow and the duration time till send the survey report
3. NTRA Regulator Database
a. Update weekly the changes over the PDH and SDH MW link database.
b. Evaluate the number of links per area, used equipment and link capacity.
c. Evaluate the number of used frequencies band and channels over each area
d. Evaluate the link OPEX per week and per all over the year
Responsibility:
Site Survey - according to Guideline of LOS and Transmission Engineer
1. Conducting site surveys to determine line of sight LOS with Fresnel zone clearance to ensure the selected area meets the requirements of the client, using Binocular and compass tools, Managing and monitoring Survey activities.
2. Sites Receive and validate Nominal Sites.
3. Preparation of Nominal Topology submitted to LOS study.
4. Site survey report then Site Specification.
Transmission Solution - according to Guideline of LOS and TX Engineer
1. Provide Transmission solutions A-BIS (BTS-BSC) allocation planning for BTS and BSC via selecting appropriate transmission Media (Microwave, fiber optics or VSAT link) accordance to CAPEX/OPEX.
2. Initial Transmission Planning.
3. First cut surveys (develop LOS studies using Counter Map Study).
4. BSC Design & protection (Ring SDH, Fiber, …).
5. Road Survey.
6. Choose Transmission Nodal.
Responsible for the following:
1- Manage the maintenance rollout schedule in and out the company.
2- Manage the customer’s services contracts.
3- Manage and evaluate the maintenance team work.
4- Manage the spares in stock and its prices.
Training cources:
\[Mar, 2007\] Bizerba SC retail scale in Egypt.
\[Feb, 2008\] Bizerba Retail scales, CWS and WINCWS in Germany.
1- Dealing with customers by supporting and training courses of barcode "software, printers, scanners, data terminals and scales".
2- Maintaining for all Bizerba, Symbol"motorola", Zebra, Metrologic and Handheld products.
