Tasks at Americana :
• Make journal entries for company .
• Responsible for the monthly petty cash and be sure about expenses
• Transfer petty cash value to store manager account or make cash payment order.
• Responsible for the employees benefits for vacations or final exist.
• Follow the daily company sales.
• Make sure that the daily sales revenues deposit in the bank from the store managers.
• Responsible for the monthly sales with store managers and make sales entries.
• Make daily sales report for all company.
• Responsible for statement of account for suppliers.
• Review the monthly salaries of the company.
• Inventory all items in the company stories and make the report.
• Review overtime for the staff .
• Review monthly allowances for staff .
• Use oracle system .
• Warehouse company cost control.
• bank reconcilation (revenues & expenses )
• review all creditors invoices and make journal entries of it
• follow up water, electricity invoices and make journal entries
• follow up suppliers invoices
• make checks
