Ensure implementation of internal audit on the management of the company to make sure the implementation of procedures ISO 9001: 2008
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures and provide needed support in personal issues to all company’s employees
Coordinate with different department heads in analyzing their personnel needs.
Coordinate with the accountant in preparation of salaries calculations
Coordinate with the Marketing Communication Specialist design attractive HR programs
Coordinate with Total Quality Manager documenting current processes and identify opportunities to transform current processes and procedures into best practices.
Support employment and hiring activities through:
Collecting hiring requests from all departments heads and communicates it to admin & personnel manager to get necessary approvals.
Carry out advertising and recruitment campaigns.
Conduct initial screening activities, and facilitate technical interviews.
Follow up contracting and documentation with government offices.
Maintain attendance and prepare monthly payroll.
Maintain and keep up to date personnel records including certificates, training, performance evaluation, vacations, penalties and rewards.
Support training activities through:
Collecting training needs from all departments head’s and communicates it to admin & personnel manager to get necessary approvals.
Follow up preparation of training plan with corporate HR Department.
Communicate training plans and coordinate with managers to facilitate implementation.
Monitor employee’s attendance of training sessions.
Communicate with managers to and employees to evaluate training.
Facilitate performance management process.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports about exit causes.
Carry out contract termination process and follow up all needed documentation
Operating computation, documentation and processing of payroll wages and deductions for employees.
Manage work flow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Ensure the payroll is in compliance with the law and meets standards.
Supervise on processing and issuing employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
Responsible for payroll taxes and yearly reconciliation.
Ensure that payments and governmental reports are disbursed timely and accurately.
Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.
Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans.
Supervise staff in recording attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, deductions and post information onto designated records.
Supervise staff in recording employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
Develop and administer departmental personnel procedures consistent with company Personnel policies and rules, Personnel Department directives, and Administrative Regulations.
Administer all aspects of the Personnel Department including staff, budgeting, and trainings.
Explain Personnel Rules, transaction and payroll procedures, contracts, and personnel-related policies and procedures to management and employees.
Monitor, recommend, and review disciplinary and termination actions.
Work and make relations with several governmental institutions (Social insurance, labor office ….)
Develop and update the organizational charts for the company and all departments according to recruitment changes or any other changes that might occur such as promotions, resignations….etc.
Responsible for issuing HR letters including (Loans - Visas - Experience Certificates …etc)
Establish and modify policies and procedures to meet changing business requirements and all required formats
Prepare the monthly and yearly report
Cooperate with all the departments of the company in all the matters which are concerned with payroll or personnel.

Deal and cooperate with the external authorities to accomplish and finish the company works
Orient and train entry level staff, and oversee administrative staff in a variety of administrative task.
Routinely provide leadership and direction to lower-level co- workers
Plan and coordinate special events as assigned
Interpret and communicate policies/procedures to other parties based on knowledge of the organization and departmental guidelines
