• Carry out HR day to day task and support the PR activities by closely working with the staff. Maintaining the records of all staff and implementing and monitoring the HR related work procedures.
• Handling outsource staff requests, coordinating with the staff till the requirement is completed
• Carry out day to day routine HR activities
• Carry out related activities as instructed by the Manager/Supervisor
• All the Mobilization procedures for the new employees.
• All the Demobilization producers for all the group employees
• Monitoring for the visa expirations and renewals
• Applying for all kinds of pension fund for Emirati & GCC nationality.
• Applying for the Federal Transportation Authority cards for Marine Staff (New & Renew)
• Applying Master COC Endorsement (New & Renew), GDMSS Endorsement (New & Renew).
• Working on immigration system E - Channel for all visa processing.
• Working on EID application for issuing new and renew ID.
• Working on HCM - Focus System since 2016 till date for all HR Tasks.
• Supervision and following up all the HR tasks till in done with a good service
