1) Supervise, follow-up and maintain Servers, Computers, Laptops, Printers Networks, Electronic devices of the Company and its subsidiaries
2) Monitoring and administrating all servers and network equipment’s
3) Assist in selection of and implementation of new corporate IT systems, software and hardware.
4) Configuring Cisco - Switches, Routers, firewall, Wireless and IP Telephony.
5) Strong knowledge of Content Management solutions and Business Intelligence tools.
6) Experience managing and trouble-shooting complex network infrastructure in LAN/WAN environment with expertise in Routers, Switches, wireless, Firewalls from Cisco, Bluecoat Proxy and Checkpoint, etc.
7) Monitor activities and services to support LAN / WAN, all computer platforms, website development, disaster recovery, telecommunications, operating systems support, and e-business development.
8) Working knowledge on Cisco IPT telephony which includes configuration of Gateways, Partitions, Route/translation Patters, Resources, Phones, trunks etc.
9) Plan, coordinate, and implement network security, voice and wireless solutions.
10) Create and maintain email accounts
11) Purchases of Systems, accessories, software and completing the necessary upgrades
12) Microsoft suites such as word, excel, access..etc.,
13) Windows VM or Hyper-V machines
14) Cable accessories — Cable verifiers
15) Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals.

2) Meets Enterprise Technical Architecture IT cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
3) Develops Enterprise Technical Architecture IT strategy by leading planning and analysis sessions; understanding key commerce objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle.
4) Designs architecture by leading the translating of Enterprise Technical Architecture needs into technical solutions, including selection of technology, use cases, process and data flow, multi-tiered and distributed application architecture concepts and methodologies, scalability, robustness, load-balancing, interfaces, network reliability, redundancy, and security; recommending best-fit and best-breed architectures.
5) Develops architecture by leading the preparation of development guidelines; establishing compatibility and integration standards; identifying and evaluating tools; developing system management procedures; collaborating with technical analysts.
6) Implements architecture by leading the building of components and custom designs; completing prototyping; completing data migration; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; resolving problems; maintaining balance and system coherency between Enterprise Technical Architecture technology components and existing IT infrastructure; documenting system.
7) Validates system performance by leading the developing and conducting of test scripts; completing bug fixes.
8) Manages relationship by advice and mentor client; communicating architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues.
9) Increases organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements.
10) Updates job knowledge by tracking emerging Web technologies, Internet architectures, and e-commerce and ERP applications; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
