*Creating new users, sharing printers and Appling group policy on the users.
*Install and observation (Kaspersky workstation) client and Agent Server.
*Preparing PC and Laptop for use by Install Operation System and Join the domain.

*Establishing Networks, and Administrating it.
*Install and Setup Microsoft Windows, Office and other needed programs like Adobe Acrobat, Autocad and enabling Java .
*Hooking All Computers to the network and assigning the permissions for every PC along with enabling printers and scanners and configuring access points.
*Managing Backups and Restores for every PC.
*Setting up emails using Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft outlook and backup and Restore a personal setting and the stored emails.
*Being ready with the repair kit and drivers for any maintenance at anytime and providing technical support.
*Managing the hardware inventories through the warehouse and processing the hardware requisition forms and finaly procuring the required hardware from the market.
*Periodic check on the switches, hubs, network cables, plugs, the modem and the server.
