 Built hotel data base and distribute the accounts according to each sales member target
 Shared DOSM to create a comprehensive and detailed S&M plan for 2016 & 2017, which represented to the Hotel owners.
 built hotel COR bands to reflect the client’s needs in the local market
 Issuing over 320 LNR contracts using 9 different CORs to achieve targeted opening budget ADR & created the contracts (long term - Corporate contracts - Wholesalers contracts)
 Creating the hotel opening promotion during the opening months (November & December, 2015)
 Promoting the hotel through in KSA through our HWS sales with resulted production from Saudi Key accounts
 Lead & train a fresh experience GCC sales team, to achieve hotel target
 Qualify all international accounts and handling RFP “Request for proposal”
 Delphi & ONQ systems implementation
 Succeed maintain our hotel position to be Head & Gaining since the opening
 MOD monthly roster
 Direct reporting to DOS&M
