*Provide Managerial guidance and high skilled technical expertise to team members in
complex issues
*Determines the Training needs of the team subordinates, including the resource skill
mapping according to assigned tasks.
*Plan, Implement, and maintain network security and systems and perform day-to- day
administrative tasks.
*Controls the daily responsibilities to be done by the network security and systems implementation teams; assign tasks depending on the profile of each member including follow-up if applicable.
*Plans and Manages procedures supporting and maintains user account information
including rights, security and systems groups.
*Troubleshoot and resolve performance or hardware issues by implementing network
security and systems monitoring and capacity planning.
*Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain the network security
and systems, tuning, backup and recovery planning, provides technical support to
application development teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform a combination of roles including Vendor Governance, Project management and Relationship management with key IT vendors. Internal, external and Bank’s Head Office Teams
• Provide support for and consulting on assigned projects and BAU activities that impacts the assigned projects.
• Provides Subject Matter Expertise in areas of experience within assigned projects or as collateral support to other IT Delivery Managers or IT Operations.
• Plan and follow-up on work with all project stakeholders, keeping close follow-up and alignment with Project Managers of the assigned projects for project planning updates.
• Escalates any internal IT issues that might affect the delivery of assigned projects to o the respective responsible party in IT, PM, or other project stakeholders.
• Serve as a single point of accountability for IT Technical Projects Aspects
• Recommends changes/design and architecture design for IT Infrastructure Sector with Coordination with Line of Business to assure the standardization requirements of the Bank’s operating model.
• Assist Head of IT Delivery, Infrastructure in preparing the budget forecast (CapEX & OpEX)
Provide senior level support for Networks and Security Infrastructure.
Recommends changes to Networks and Security infrastructure as well as provide operational procedures that improve productivity and security.
Assist IT Infrastructure Manager in planning and budgeting the Networks and Security Infrastructure and architecture.
Monitor key performance indicators, performs problem determination and implements changes to achieve service level agreements.
Manage the installation, maintenance, and operation of the following:
o Networks and Security infrastructure
o Microsoft Exchange Server
o BlackBerry Enterprise Server
-Implementing network infrastructures & applying routing & switching techniques for various projects
-Implementing & Configuring VoIP solutions
-Performing 1st level support for unified communication solutions
-Network termination and Testing for Branches
-Responsible for all communications either branches interconnectivity or communication with Third Parties (CBE, MCSD, Reuters, I-Score etc….)
-Responsible for communicating and securing Bank communications and Off-Site ATMs
-Responsible for all Network Security Devices (ASA, IPS, VPN)
-Microsoft Exchange Administrator
-BlackBerry Enterprise Server Administrator
-Websense Web Security Administrator
-TrendMicro Security Products Administrator (Officescan, SMEX, IWSVA, IMSVA, TMCM)
-Responsible for all network communications and Exchange Administrator
-Fully in charge of the complex network of the company.
-Design and Implement Company network architecture.
-Design, Implement and maintain Company Domain,
-Monitor and maintain communication lines.
-Monitor and manage trading software for the company.
-Monitor, manage and maintain Company network.
-Hardware and Software duties.
-System compatibility quick repairs and alternative solutions for communication, accounting system, or any network application.
