 Develops overall strategic plan to execute the project deliverables in adherence to the contract & stakeholder milestones.
 Act as the first point of contact / company representative in all client communications.
 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans. Risks are averted / handled in an effective manner with minimal impact on project time / budget.
 Assists the Contracts Manager during the negotiation and awarding of contracts as required.
 Approves all submittals to the Client of project work outputs, information requests, advisor notices, project status reports.
 Reviews all work for compliance with the contract, Identifies out-of-scope work requirements, Prepares contract change notices as required.
 Maintain quality standards and effective project management, design process and output by enforcing the Company Quality Policy. Quality project management. Number of non-conformities as audited by Quality Department.
 Handle corrective / preventive action requests raised about the design project management while consulting with the appropriate Manager.
 Maintain contract review records, work program, and design verification records during the design period of the project.
 Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site.
 Quality control of work done at site. Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.
 Establishes project management procedures for execution of construction management tasks.
 Creates, modifies, and updates the Project Management and Project Execution Plan as required.
 Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.
