- My scope of work include the following:

- Create forms and templates for all types of documents and making process flow chart for each type of document for all holding company project’s.

- Follow up the status (target, remaining, actual) of shop drawings and material submittals as per the project material list and shop drawings list (E1, E2 logs) and timing as per the planned submission date in time schedule, baseline.

- Create logs for each type of documents (shop drawings, request information, change proposal, letters, test report, start new activity, material inspection request, site inspection).

- Manage the coordinating of the activities related to document control, including auditing and distribution of controlled documents.

- Encourage teamwork to develop and maintain an effective team environment.

- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to send and receive various reports, drawings, transmittal's and other outstanding issues.

- Making training and dashboards presentation for all holding companies DC's to improving the document controller skills and job quality.

- Tracking the pending documents through weekly and monthly progress reports - dashboard.

- Manage a document controller’s team at head office and at site offices by monthly visit and daily coordination, to be sure that the work done in proper manner and to be sure that the head office have a soft copy from all site offices documents.

- Making shop drawings guide list for the latest revision of all drawings to avoid any mistakes.

- Making internal auditing as per the company DC manual for DC's KPI.
