• Responsibly maintaining the highest standards of food safety / health safety and hygiene among the contracts of Dubai Police, Ministry of Interior (MOI), Dubai Ambulance and Emirates Engineering operations of ADNHC Compass.
• Development, implementation, corrective action and implementing legal requirements to make the contract site is compliant.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws / international standards in Food safety.
• Managing a team of more than 300 food handlers.

• Coordinating with engineering department to implement preventive and corrective maintenance solving any problems/issues related to food safety the local authority.
• Handling client audits, internal audits, customer complaints handling, Food sampling schedules, Food poisoning investigations and record keeping.

• Conducted Food Safety Inspections/Audits on routine basis.
