Roles and Responsibilities:
♦ Establish, Prepare the Project RAM, Safety and Quality Plans, achieve Client's approvals.
♦ Prepare & Issue the related RAM deliverables: Reliability & Availability Prediction Report, FailureModes & Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Maintenance Task Analysis and RAM Assessment Report, and achieve Client's approvals.
♦ Prepare & Issue the O&M deliverables: Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Manuals, Spare Parts, ToolsReports, and O&M Training Manuals, and achieve Client's approvals.
♦ Prepare & Issue the Project Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) including Testing and Commissioning Plan(T&C) for Lifts & Escalators as per Specifications, and achieve Client's approvals.
♦ Conduct Project Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, apply effective mitigation and risk control toacceptable levels.
♦ Maintain and Update the Hazard Log, follow up and closure of the hazards and apply Hazard Transferprocess for non-related hazard e.g. Civil Works Transit System, …etc.
♦ Develop Safety Case documents and provide supporting evidence for Independent Safety Assessment(ISA) i.e. Verification & Validation Report and Technical Change Requests (TCR), which updated frequently into DOORS system.
♦ Conduct Internal Quality Audits on the different Project disciplines as per Audit Plan & Schedule, referring to ISO 9001:2015.
♦ Conduct Quality Surveillance and Audit visits for Lifts & Escalators Factories in Spain, to objectivelyassess the Factories compliance with Quality & RAMS requirements as per Project Specifications and ISO 9001:2015.
♦ Prepare the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation as per EN Standards and ProjectSpecifications, attend the tests at both L&E Factories and achieve Client's approvals.
♦ Following Up and Maintain the Lift & Escalators Material/Installation Claims Log, and coordinate withfactories for closure.
♦ Have a good knowledge and practical experience about CENELEC standards (EN 50126, EN 50128, andEN 50129)
♦ Have a practice on training sessions regarding ReliaSoft RAMS applications i.e. BlockSim for systemmodeling and RAM analysis
Roles and Responsibilities:
♦ Establish, organize, publish a safety and quality policies, SMS, and safety operating manuals and procedures.
♦ Accident analysis and investigation reports.
♦ Use the balanced scorecard to set goals and determine the KPI's achievement and deviation on each period (monthly, quarterly and annually)
♦ Road calls failures analysis to determine the Root causes by FMEA
♦ Sites safety & quality audits.
♦ Develop Incident management procedure.
♦ Incident investigations and prepare Incident reports.
♦ Hazard Analysis and assessment for operation and maintenance processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
♦ Participate in the establishment, implementation and reviewing of Quality Management Systems for (Rolling Stock) according to the Requirements Specifications for Quality Management Systems: ISO 9001:2008, the Technical Specifications, Standards, laws, other regulations are sets in (Rolling Stock Section).
♦ Establish procedures, work instructions, and forms used in the documentation system for all over process take place inside the workshop.
♦ Implement the internal auditing for quality management systems and follow up its completion.
♦ Evaluate periodically the external and internal suppliers in cooperation with the Departments of Procurement, Contracts and Technical office to approved the suppliers.
♦ Failures and Defect Analysis periodically for Metro Train Units and participate in developing solutions and proposals to prevent or reduce it by using "Quality Improvement Tools" and appropriate statistical techniques, then report the results to the Top Management.
♦ Study the Causes of " Head way" deviations & Driver faults to improve the Safely Operation.

Company Duties: Blasting & Panting - Insulation works - Scaffolding - Fire Proofing - Cladding - Instruments & Electrical subcontracting Project Processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
♦ Authorize the Scaffolding Work Order for each Scaffold Requested from different departments (Insulation, Painting, Electrical, Cladding, Fire proofing) by:
♦ Co ordinate with the department's-managers the start & end date for erect - dismantle the scaffold requested.
♦ Find and prepare with the supervisor the suitable scaffold group (Forman & scaffolders) to erect - dismantle the scaffold requested.
♦ Calculate and prepare the scaffold materials request for each scaffold requested and follow up the incoming materials from the main store day by day.
♦ Supervise the erecting - dismantling process for each scaffold and ensure the work process in conformity with HSE regulations and design specifications.
♦ Periodically inspect the scaffolds which are in progress to fix and correct any deviation or damage happen during works on the scaffold, by authorizing the Scaff Tag.
♦ Responsible for financial Statements for the department to facilitate the transportation and accommodation for the laborers and any other paid out.
♦ Prepare monthly reports for laborers time sheet, materials in progress and its rental costs for each department.
ALSTOM Power Station Project:

General Contractor: DSD FERROMETALCO -Steel Structure Workshops -
Company Duties: Insulation Subcontracting Project Processes ( 8 units of casings & inlet ducts)
Roles and Responsibilities:
♦ Make sure of that the Insulation Process for each item through different production stages, in conformity with specifications and drawings.
♦ Prepare the: follow-up report, work release and acceptance reports for each items day by day and oversee the production processes.
♦ Authorize and flow up the nonconformance cases & comments which are detected during production stages and supervise the verification of corrective and preventive actions.
♦ Responsible for managing HSE activities on the project and to ensure that all appropriate HSE features are incorporated into the project HSE requirements.
♦ Developing HSE activity plans, activity lists, schedules, budgets, etc. for project
♦ Report on the performance of the QHSE system to the QHSE Department Manager for review as a basis for improvement of this system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Incoming Inspection:
♦ Applying inspection procedures for all receipts materials, which received to the company such as Steel Pipes, Steel Sheets, Steel Sections, Wood, ….etc.
♦ Suppliers evaluation periodically and approval them technically by Statistical Processes Control.
In Process and Final Inspection:
♦ Make sure of that the products, which produce through the production stages until reach to the customer, in conformity with specifications and standards.
♦ Authorize and flow up the nonconformance cases, which detected during productive stages concerning corrective and protective actions.
♦ Using Statistical Processes Control to evaluate, measure, fix and continuous improvement for all Production Processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
♦ Head of Quality Control Department: responsible for Quality Control for all production departments and assembly lines.
♦ Head of Incoming Inspection Department.
♦ Responsible for the testings laboratory that related to gas cooker components and its performance.
