Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of production lines (OEE) and the adherence to plan on daily basis.
Continuously observing and monitoring the FG movement (in & out), production lines productivity, down times, break downs, WIP inventory to be able to adjust the production plan for better utilization of production lines and to increase the accuracy of FG delivery.
Preparing the annual production budget based on forecast to calculate the required man-hours, machines utilization and setting the productivity target.
Revising and confirming the monthly forecast given from sales with the factory management team via monthly meeting.
Setting the weekly and daily plan plans according to the sales requirements and the available RM & PM stocks.
Coordinates with maintenance team for the AM & PM plans to be going in accordance with the monthly sales targets.
Setting the reordering points for the new materials as well as monitoring the safety stocks for all RM & PM on daily basis.
Following up with RM & PM vendors on daily basis to ensure delivery of materials at the right time and with the required quantities.
Member of all management daily, weekly & monthly meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the smooth execution of the daily production plan by aligning the manpower (80+ employees) in the working lines to produce the required cases within the determined time with the standard quality at a very strict safe environment.
Reporting the daily production in Oracle ERP system.
Updating OEE, manpower and productivity efficiency reports for all processing and filling lines for the previous day and circulating the data in e-mail to the entire operations team as well as the senior management.
Responsible on the monthly inventory for RM & PM located in WIP location physically and comparing it with the system stock quantities to find the positive the negative variances in materials and making the required adjustment on system.
Preparing closing report for the produced FG in tons category wise.
Preparing the management information system (MIS) reports which shows the cumulative figures for OEE, manpower efficiency, tonnage, materials variances, losses, CIP and rework activities MTD and YTD and raising these data to operations manager.

As a production engineer working in processing control room at ALMARAI co. Egypt plant, I was a member of the core team who was responsible on operating the entire plant using the most advanced and integrated automation technology and world-class management systems, and the team have demonstrated excellent results in TPM scores, performance, in time delivery and productivity.
Calculate and control time, raw material, packaging material wastes.
Preparing standards and mixes of cheese, receiving and pasteurizing raw milk, Preparing stirred yogurt mixes, Preparing set yoghurt mixes(light, full fat and high fat), Preparing fresh milk (skimmed, half fat and full fat), Preparing recombined milk mixes from milk powder and anhydrous milk fat, Preparing flavoured milk mixes(fresh and recombined), Preparing natural juice from fruit concentrate, sugar, and stabilizer, Doing the pasteurization and sterilization processes for all kind of milk Doing the CIP process for all lines, tanks, pasteurizers, UHT and filling machines, Doing sterilization process for all plant machines USING SCADA system based on Siemens 7 PLC system.

Coordinating with sales department for executing the weekly production plan.
Doing milk receiving, pasteurization, reconstitution, preparing batches for all types of set and stirred yoghurt using SCADA based Siemens 7 plc automation system.
Updating the daily CIP, production volumes, materials consumption and OEE reports.
Updating KPI’S figures on SQCDM boards.
Shared in the implementation of TPM and Lean manufacturing system in the factory.
Shared in the process of substituting the entire plant processing form manual into an automation system with the GEA team.
